Could the Ozempic 0.25 mg dose not be given if I did not set the full 1 mg dose?
12.99 zł

Hello, I have Ozempic 1 mg with an old pen and I wanted to set the dose to 0.25 to start with, so I counted 18 clicks as I read and injected, but the plunger seems to have not moved at all, I don't know if it worked. Is it possible that nothing was injected because I didn't mark the entire dose of 1 mg?

The movement of the piston at a low dose (0.25 mg) is almost invisible. If the pen was in working order and the needle was correctly attached, the dose could be administered despite the lack of a clear shift. Do not give another dose "for a correction".

For the future, it is worth doing a flow test before the injection.
