Hello, I have a question. Can a non-reimbursed drug, i.e. 100% paid, the price differ by 100% more in another pharmacy. For example, a package of medicine in a pharmacy costs PLN 140 and in another PLN 280. Can it be like that?

Yes, the prices of non-reimbursed drugs in pharmacies can sometimes vary significantly. In the case of non-reimbursed drugs, the pharmacy can set any margin. However, each pharmacy orders from different wholesalers, where prices are also different. In the case of the situation described, however, I guess that it may be about the pharmacy's membership in the affiliate program. For some medicines, a pharmacy can join a partnership programme of a specific pharmaceutical company, under which it can buy the medicine at a significantly reduced price than directly from a wholesaler. The difference in price is often very large and indeed outside the affiliate program, the drug can cost the pharmacy up to 100% more. Only reimbursed drugs have the same prices in every pharmacy.
