You can order Sildenafil with shipping to Germany, however, these are 25 and 50 mg dosages. The 100 mg dose is available on prescription and can only be purchased at a brick-and-mortar pharmacy. Taking 2 tablets of 50 mg will give you the same effect as taking 1 100 mg tablet.
