I had two tests for chlamydia. The first in 2023 IgG4.87 (negative <16.0, borderline 16.0-22.0, positive >22.0 IgM 0.09 (negative <0.8, borderline 0.80-1.1, positive >1.11). In 2025, the results of IgG 2.28, IgM 0.11. Since then, there has been no change of partner. In 2025, I took the test six months after intercourse with a new partner. Are the results reliable? Can I still have chlamydia? No symptoms in me and my partner. Sometimes only itching of the urethra

If there are indications for this, e.g. you observe symptoms in yourself, you can – do not consult your gynaecologist in the first place.
Mycoplasma and Chlamydia are two different types of bacteria, so they are usually separate diagnostic tests.
Here you can take advantage of a teleconsultation with a gynaecologist:
And is there any point in doing tests for Myloplasma, for example?

The presented results of antibody tests (IgG and IgM) from 2023 and 2025 are negative and consistent, which does not indicate active chlamydia infection, especially since the test was performed 6 months after contact.
In my opinion, there is no reason to worry — such small differences in values have no diagnostic significance, so both results should be treated as equivalent, i.e. chlamydia can be ruled out.
