The patent for Elvanse has already expired in 2023, so there will probably be a replacement... coming soon
currently on the European market in some countries there is Volidax available - it is not but much cheaper (in Germany, 60 EUR, Elvanse 80 EUR), but in their country ADHD drugs are reimbursed for adults, not like in our beautiful country and they pay 6 and 8 euros respectively for them.
also a larger decrease would probably be possible only at the moment when the National Health Fund starts reimbursing this drug (which I doubt)
