After 20 days of taking the drug, is it Femoston Mini can bleeding occur?

I've been taking femoston mini for 20 days now because I've entered premenopause, I'm 49 years old, I've just started a fairly heavy period without stomach pain and clots, is this a normal reaction of the body?
Recently I had bleeding from weaning my axia pupae, it was in August, then I didn't have any more bleeding until yesterday

At the beginning of Femoston mini, you may experience irregular spotting or bleeding. Typically, the body's adaptation period to the hormonal drug used is 3 to 6 months. 20 days is a fairly short period of time and the body is in the process of adapting. You should be concerned about bleeding if it is very heavy, long-lasting or accompanied by additional symptoms such as dizziness, or if it occurs after 6 months of treatment.
