Hello, after the diagnosis of hypogonadism, testosterone prolongtum therapy was recommended. The dosage is 1 vial per week (100mg). I would like to split it into two doses of 50mg each to avoid too high hormonal spikes. Should I immediately scoop all the contents into the syringe and store it after 3.5 days, only change the needle or scoop up only half the contents of the vial?. Best regards
