Can you use Mounjaro 2 times a week?
I notice after about 4-5 days that my effect of mounjaro weakens a lot. Can I split my dose of 5mg over two days? So administer 2.5 in two days? The peaks and lows should then not be so strong. The first time inject from 5 to only 2.5 probably yes, but it could level off. Or 2x3mg

The manufacturer of the drug does not indicate the possibility of implementing a different treatment procedure. Mounjaro should be used once a week. A higher frequency of administration may cause a higher risk of side effects such as acute pancreatitis and gastrointestinal disorders. Any changes to your treatment plan using Mounjaro should be discussed with your doctor (preferably an obesity specialist). Most patients see an increase in tolerance to the drug over time.
