Unfortunately, I can't take ranigast first, I have the first medications more important than the antibiotic to rule out discontinuation, is it a safe distance of ranigast from unidox or is the antibiotic still not absorbed

Medicinal products that increase the pH of gastric contents (e.g. Ranigast) may have a negative effect on the absorption of Unidox, which dissolves better in an acidic environment than in an alkaline environment. Given the duration of action of Ranigast, it will be better to take the antibiotic first. It is also important to remember about the interactions of Unidox with metal ions (e.g. calcium, magnesium, iron will interfere with its absorption). Avoid taking this antibiotic concomitantly with products high in these ions (e.g. milk and products).
