Information in the summary of product characteristics of Abrysvo (RSV vaccine):
"The efficacy or safety of the vaccine in immunocompromised individuals, including those undergoing immunosuppressive treatment, have not been evaluated. The effectiveness of Abrysvo may be lower in immunocompromised individuals."
Severe illness with fever may be a contraindication to the use of the vaccine (until improvement is achieved). The benefits of the vaccine in a patient taking Trexan appear to outweigh the potential risks of side effects. Tell your vaccination qualifier about all existing diseases and medications you are taking.
