Why nasivin has 0.05 mL of Xycometazoline and drops of XYLOMETAZOLINE has 0.1 mL of solution with the same 10 mL package capacity. It is 2 times stronger than nasivin and it is almost 3 times cheaper This is a common theft and they still advertise NASIVIN on TV and not only every now and then. Where is the company to fight competition After all, people are normally robbed in the glare of TV cameras What does the government of W.P. Tusk say about it ?????

Nasivin and Xylometazoline differ not only in price, but also in the active substance: Nasivin contains oxymetazoline, and Xylometazoline – xylometazoline.
Both act similarly as nasal decongestants, but both substances are sympathomimetics that decongest the vessels in the nasal mucosa, reducing swelling and exudate, but differ in their affinity for α receptors.
Oxymetazoline provides a longer duration of action (8-12 hours), a lower risk of addiction and damage to the mucosal cilia, allowing for lower concentrations (0.05%), while xylometazoline is shorter (6-8 hours) and is more often used in higher doses in adults (0.1%).
When choosing a drug, you should be guided by indications, dosage and individual tolerance, not by advertising or price alone.
