Has anyone had hearing loss and tinnitus after cipronex? After the end of treatment, tinnitus appeared and, as it turned out, hearing loss at higher frequencies. Has anyone managed to deal with it? Is it reversible?

Hearing loss, including tinnitus or loss of hearing, is a side effect that can occur with Cipronex. It is rare, i.e. in about ≥1/10,000 to <1,000 people who use the drug.
Usually, hearing problems are temporary and gradually disappear after a few weeks after stopping taking the drug.
It is extremely important to consult your doctor or otolaryngologist as soon as possible if this side effect occurs, who will assess the degree of hearing damage using appropriate tools.
