The starting dose of Vega is 0.25 mg. The dose is increased every 4 weeks until a maintenance dose of 2.4 mg is reached (after 16 weeks of treatment), which is used over a longer period of time. I encourage you to consult the doctor who prescribed the treatment. The dosage regimen for adolescents is similar to that for adults. Your doctor may recommend a lower dose or a longer dosing process if you experience side effects.
