Both Betaserc and Kavinton Forte are prescription-only drugs available in Poland.
Betaserc is used, m.in, to treat Meniere's disease and dizziness, while Cavinton Forte contains vinpocetine and is used in diseases of the nervous system and cerebral circulation. Due to possible side effects and the need for individual dosage, it is not possible to buy them without a prescription, and use should be done under the supervision of a doctor.
