Yesterday I gave my child pyrantelum, which had been open for over half a year (I found pinworms at night and I wanted to act right away..)Today I read not to use this drug, after 21 days from opening. Today, when my son fell asleep, I found pinworm moving again... Does this mean that I should repeat the dose from the newly opened bottle tomorrow or abstain? Should pyrantelum "kill" all pinworms in one day?
