Mounjaro is a prescription drug, it is not possible to send it abroad. In addition, Mounjaro should be stored in the refrigerator at a temperature of 2°C to 8°C, which is another obstacle to mail order sales.
The drug can be booked in a pharmacy in Poland, then you need to pick it up at the pharmacy of your choice - then you need to present a prescription. Mail order sales (including to Germany) are only possible for over-the-counter medicines, cosmetics, supplements, etc.
The Gdziepolek.pl portal allows only over-the-counter preparations to order and mail order to Germany. On the websites of individual products, you can check their availability and compare prices in online pharmacies offering delivery to Germany by selecting the name of the selected country in the "Buy with delivery" tab.
