Duphaston is a medication used during pregnancy, especially at risk of miscarriage, which works by stabilizing the endometrium and maintaining pregnancy.

The dosage and time of intake should always be determined by the doctor, but the standard for early pregnancy is 10 mg (1 tablet) twice a day. If bleeding occurs, your doctor may recommend an initial dose of up to 4 tablets, followed by 2-3 tablets per day until the symptoms disappear.

It is important not to interrupt the treatment on your own, as only the resolution of symptoms confirmed by a specialist is an indication to change the dose or discontinue the drug.
