Can a pharmacist give me a dried fruit of a different brand on this prescription, but also with a concentration of 22%

Since it is a recipe raw material intended for the preparation of medicines in a pharmacy, the pharmacist may not dispense dried herbs from a manufacturer other than those written on the prescription. Especially since dried medical marijuana is registered as a narcotic raw material, which additionally requires appropriate justification in the case of a decision to issue a substitute.

Usually, a pharmacist does not decide to dispense a substitute in a situation where the raw material of S-Lab is available in a pharmacy.
