Egiramlon (a combination of amlodipine and perindopril) most often causes side effects such as swelling of the legs, dizziness, tiredness or palpitations, but muscle stiffness and tremors are not typical.

The symptoms you describe can have various causes - from a reaction to a drug, through electrolyte disorders, to other health problems (e.g. neurological).
