Families and carers of children and adolescents treated with atomoxetine should be advised to notify a healthcare professional immediately if they notice significant changes in mood or behavioural patterns, particularly after initiation of treatment or dose adjustment. Physicians should evaluate the need for dose adjustment or discontinuation of treatment in patients who have behavioral changes."
