The ingredient troxerutin itself can be used in preparations for bruising under the eyes, where:
"Troxerutin gel is indicated for topical application to the skin for pain and swelling in the legs caused by chronic venous insufficiency and its symptoms such as "heavy legs" and lower limb pain, lower limb swelling, varicose veins of the lower legs."
In the case of swelling under the eyes, I suggest using preparations dedicated to be applied to the delicate skin of the face and eye area, in order to avoid irritation and allergic reactions. Sample products:
