If you felt better on a lower dose, you will most likely need to reduce the dose after consulting your doctor.

Symptoms can have many causes, e.g. be caused by a coexisting condition or electrolyte disorders. It is necessary to expand the diagnostics.

Typical therapeutic blood concentrations of lamotrigine are approximately 3–14 μg/ml (mg/l). Therefore, the dose was not exceeded.
If, despite everything, the symptoms are bothersome, it is worth including other stabilizing drugs, which you mentioned in previous posts. Then the bothersome symptoms should subside.
Waving of the image, dizziness, headaches, ttrxesing, bad sensations, throbbing in the head when lying down, closed eyes... rocking. What in such a situation feels bad on an increased dose.??
