Typical therapeutic blood concentrations of lamotrigine are approximately 3–14 μg/ml (mg/l). Therefore, the dose was not exceeded.
If, despite everything, the symptoms are bothersome, it is worth including other stabilizing drugs, which you mentioned in previous posts. Then the bothersome symptoms should subside.
