Hello, after 20 years of treatment of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation with Ritmonorm 325mg 2 times a day (without having any more problems of recurrences) for two years the problem has reappeared in the form of a simple arrhythmia, I think mainly due to my stressful life.
I have made continuous visits with cardiologists who have advised me to maintain the "old" therapy by adding 1.25 mg bisoprolol as needed. I believe that Ritmonorm is no longer very effective after taking it for 20 years. Don't you think it would be appropriate to change drugs?
