Is the dose of ApoSetra of 50 mg too high at the start of treatment?

Hello, is the dose of 50 mg too high at the beginning of anxiety treatment? After the 2nd and 3rd dose, my heads are quite strong that it's hard to get out of bed and excessive sleepiness. Before taking the drug, I often had insomnia. But this drowsiness and dizziness also interfere with everyday functioning. Should I stop taking the drug or reduce the dose to half a tablet?

For panic disorder, PTSD, and social anxiety disorder, normally treatment with sertraline is started at a dose of 25 mg/day. After one week of use, the dose is increased to 50 mg/day. In the case of depression and obsessive-compulsive disorder, treatment usually begins with a dose of 50 mg/day.

If you feel that your current dose is too strong and you are experiencing side effects, see your doctor so that your dose can be adjusted more effectively.
