I would like to ask if I did "LAB. HOME HIV 3-in-1" home test 15 weeks (105 days) after a risky situation, is the NEGATIVE test result 100% reliable and excludes infection?

Yes, after 15 weeks, the test result is reliable (the serological window, i.e. the period during which the result may be falsely negative, occurs between 6 and 12 weeks after infection). If you have any doubts about the result, you can perform a free and anonymous test at a consultation and diagnostic point (the list of places is available on the AIDS.gov.pl website).
