The description indicates the presence of an intimate infection of a bacterial or mixed nature (e.g. bacterial and fungal).
Fluomizin is indicated for the treatment of bacterial vaginosis. Gynalgin is indicated for the treatment of vaginal infections caused by sensitive bacteria and the protozoan trichomonas vaginalis, as well as for the treatment of vaginal inflammation caused by the simultaneous occurrence of bacteria, protozoa (trichomonas vaginalis) and fungi.
Gynalgin has a wider spectrum of action. If the doctor has not determined the exact cause of the infection in a culture test, a drug that acts on a larger group of microorganisms can be used.
