Good morning, please help me because I am very worried. Or if I swallowed a pill and washed it down with water. Is there a chance if literally after that I started blowing my nose that somehow it could have fallen out of my mouth. I literally blew my nose right after swallowing it.
I will add that it is a small contraceptive pill. Please can one of the ladies explain this to me, I'm very worried

There is no such possibility. If you swallowed a pill, it has already traveled so far in the digestive tract that it would not be able to "pop out". Only when vomiting could she get outside. In your case, nothing like that happened.
But couldn't it have fallen out through her mouth while blowing through her nose? It was literally a moment after swallowing ? I'm sorry that I'm so tired, but I'm very scared

There is no way for the pill to get into the nose.
The exception would be the fact of choking, then the food content together with the tablet could theoretically get into the nose and be blown out.
Since there was no choking in your case, there is no reason to worry.
You have taken the medicine correctly and you will be protected.
According to the peristalsis of the gastrointestinal tract and the law of gravity, the tablet was simply swallowed and ended up in the stomach.
