Yesterday I had to take two contraceptive pills (Axia Conti). Today at five o'clock, exactly a few minutes after five (5:11 p.m.) I took a pill normally. (I'm in the second week of tablets). After a few minutes, I got a one-time diarrhea. Should I take another dose again, because I probably excreted the previous one?

Especially if such "diarrhea" occurred a few minutes after taking the pill. The tablet had not yet been absorbed and was still in the upper part of the digestive tract, so diarrhea could not harm it.
Even if such "diarrhea" occurred literally a few minutes after the pill?

The occurrence of a single loose stool does not affect the effectiveness of Axia Conti. In this situation, there is no need to take an additional contraceptive pill.
