Bleeding disorders may occur with Femoston, including postmenopausal bleeding, acyclic bleeding, prolonged and/or heavy and/or too infrequent bleeding; no bleeding; irregular bleeding or accompanied by pain.

These side effects are described as common, i.e. in ≥1/100 to <1/10 of patients taking the drug, usually in the first months of taking the drug.

If these types of symptoms persist or persist, it is advisable to visit a specialist to rule out other causes of irregular bleeding.
