Yes, you may experience leg pain while using Tibolone, which may be associated with the risk of venous thrombosis, manifested by, m.in other things, painful swelling and redness of the lower extremities. If such pain occurs, especially along with swelling, you should contact your doctor immediately, as this may indicate a serious thromboembolic complication.
Tibolone may increase the risk of thrombosis, although it is lower than with other forms of hormone replacement therapy. In addition to leg pain, the drug can also cause joint and muscle pain.
