It is worth ensuring adequate air humidity and increasing water supply. In addition, I encourage you to use preparations that moisturize the mucous membrane of the nose and throat. These are products containing, for example, oils, hyaluronic acid, Iceland moss extract, which soothe irritations and moisturize the mucous membrane.
