Kapsiplast patches are no longer available for purchase. Kapsiplast is a patch used in the local treatment of neuralgia and myalgia of various origins, e.g. in the lumbosacral spine. The capsaicin in the patch causes local skin irritation, with visible redness of the skin and a feeling of warmth.
