Falcimar is a prescription medicine that should be taken exactly as doctor's prescription. If your doctor has prescribed your child the indicated medicine for the treatment of malaria, you can safely give it according to the prescribed dosage (weight is more than 11 kg). For prophylaxis, it is not recommended to use the drug in people weighing less than 40 kg, although the doctor may decide otherwise. Use this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. If you are still unsure about your treatment, consult your doctor.
