Is bleeding after 10 days of taking Duphaston after a 2-month menstrual break considered menstruation?
If I didn't have my period for 2 months, I drank duphaston for 10 days, and the next day the bleeding began and it has been for three days, is it considered menstruation or not

Bleeding after taking Duphaston that occurs in response to discontinuation of treatment is often referred to as withdrawal bleeding rather than a classic menstrual period. Menstruation usually occurs in the hormonal cycle without the intervention of medication, however, in this case it may be a reaction to the use of Duphaston, which affects the regulation of hormones. Further observation of the cycle and possible consultation with a gynaecologist may be advisable to make sure that the cycle has returned to normal.
