When you reduce your dose of Tezeo from 40 mg to 20 mg, your blood pressure should start to stabilise within a few weeks.

Tezeo (telmisartan) acts as an angiotensin II receptor antagonist, which leads to relaxation of blood vessels and lowering of blood pressure. After changing the dose, the maximum effect of the drug can be reached within 4-8 weeks.

During this time, it is worth monitoring the pressure to assess the effectiveness of the new dose. If symptoms of low blood pressure, such as dizziness, persist, it is recommended that you see your doctor for further evaluation and possible modifications to your treatment.
