Is the level of 2500 mg of sugar in the urine after three months of using Forxigi for FSGS a lot?
I've been taking forxige for 3 months for FSGS kidney disease, now I had 2500 sugar in my urine, is it a lot? A month earlier, there were 300.

Forxiga (dapagliflozin) increases the excretion of glucose in the urine, which is its intended effect. A level of 2500 mg of sugar in the urine is not alarming in this case, as long as the blood glucose is well controlled. However, it is worth monitoring kidney function and hydration, and discussing the results with your doctor to make sure that the therapy is going according to plan and that there are no complications.
