I have a question, I have been currently taking duloxtetin 60mg for over a year now, on this dose for anxiety disorders, when I entered this drug there were no side effects, now the doctor recommended me to increase the dose to 90mg, I have already been taking this dose for the 8th day and my sweating has increased, severe chest pains and headaches and dizziness, could side effects have already appeared after such a short time taking a higher dose?

The symptoms you write about may be side effects of duloxetine. The likelihood of adverse drug reactions may increase, m.in with an increase in the current dose.
Side effects of the drug (if they occur in the patient) may be observed in the first days of starting the drug or increasing its dose. In some patients, they can also occur after a long time.
Headache is described as a side effect that is very common (in ≥1/10 patients) during duloxetine therapy, dizziness and increased sweating are common, i.e. in ≥1/100 to <1/10 of people using the drug, while chest pain is uncommon in no more than 1 in 100 patients.
If you observe side effects, you should consult your doctor who will decide on further action.
