A day of the day, today I peeled off the Evra patch and in the place where it was stuck I have such pimples. I attach a photo. Is it an allergy to glue and should I change the form of contraception?
I will add that this place does not itch me or itch before, only these pimples. With the previous patches, I didn't have anything like that after taking it off.

It is difficult to determine whether the pimples are caused by allergy to the glue from the plaster or whether they are, for example, "heat rash". Ideally, you should stick a new patch in a different place and see if you see similar changes after a week.
If the lesions do not itch, but only cause unsightly furrows on the skin, there is no reason to worry. You can continue to use the patches, and apply an ointment or cream based on panthenol or allantoin, for example.
The resulting changes do not affect the effectiveness of the patches.
