Are gray-white, itchy spots on the penis something serious?

Good morning, good evening to you. I really need your help. I have white or gray spots I don't really know, on the penise, accompanied by slight itching. At first the task was in one place and very small, so I thought of something not very serious. But today it is clearly visible and spreading, the itching has decreased a little, but the spot is too widespread and visible.
Please tell me what's wrong.
