Side effects may occur when using Trulicity, including abdominal pain, which occurs very often, i.e. in ≥ 1/10 of people using the drug.
Such an adverse reaction should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further therapy on this basis. Do not stop taking this medicine without first consulting your doctor.

A rare, serious side effect of the drug is acute pancreatitis, which can manifest itself as persistent, severe pain in the upper abdomen radiating to the back, lasting for a long time. It may be accompanied by nausea, vomiting and often fever. If you suspect pancreatitis, please contact your doctor urgently.
