Hello, I've been on ginoring treatment for about 3/4 years. Today there is a little spotting and it stresses me out a bit (I should take out the disc on 13.08) the last intercourse was about 2 weeks ago. Plus, can it have any connection with the heterogeneous endometrium, which I described on the tests as 0.44 mc, as in the second phase of the cycle? Should I be concerned about a possible pregnancy?

Heterogeneous endometrium is not always a cause for concern, and a thickness of 0.44 is typical for women using hormonal contraception.
With such a thickness of the endometrium, there is no chance of getting pregnant. For the embryo to implant, the endometrium must be at least 7 millimeters thick (in your case it is less than 1). In the 5th week of pregnancy, it should be 8-11 millimeters.
One-time, minor spotting should not be alarming. If the symptoms intensify or spotting appears in subsequent cycles, then you should consult a gynecologist.
