I am writing to ask if a given lex (Iruxol mono ) can be used directly on an open wound (ulcer) or only on the edges of the wound?

Before applying Iruxol Mono directly to the wound, the wound should be properly prepared (according to the prescribing information):
"- Dry wounds should be moistened with saline solution (0.9% sodium chloride solution) or another solution well tolerated by the tissues.
- Dry and hard-scabbed wounds should first be softened with a moisturizing dressing."
