For the treatment of acute sinusitis, 20 to 90 mg of amoxicillin (the active ingredient in Ospamox) ng kg of body weight per day in divided doses (2-3 times a day) is used. You have not given the exact dosage, so I am not able to determine whether the dose will be appropriate.
