Yes, you can fill a Polish prescription in Ukraine, but with some limitations.
Ukraine has separate regulations regarding prescriptions and medicines, which may differ from those in Poland. Therefore, having a prescription issued by a Polish doctor may not be sufficient to buy medicines in Ukraine, especially since you have not specified which drugs you are referring to.
A Polish prescription is treated as a cross-border prescription that can be filled in other countries, including Ukraine. However, it is not possible to partially fill such a prescription - you have to buy all the medicines at once, because it is not possible to buy the missing packages later.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to get a refund for medicines purchased in Ukraine, as a cross-border prescription is generally fully paid.
