On 27.03.2024 I took the pill the day after ELLE ONE and I have been using the contraceptive patch since the beginning of February. Can I have unprotected sex after all this time after taking emergency contraception?

You can have sex without any additional protection. The effect of the patches is preserved and there is no cause for concern.
It is usually recommended to take extra protection as a prophylactic for 7 days after taking the Ella One tablet. Since more than 7 days have passed in your accident, the protection is fully preserved.
The patches should be used as before - after the 3rd patch a 7-day break, then another pack.
