Is it possible to use praziquantel for tachycardia and taking beta-blockers?

Hello, due to tapeworm I was prescribed Zentel but without success. the infectious disease specialist considered it appropriate to repeat a treatment after 15 days with Biltricide! (Praziquantel) now my question is. being tachycardia (hyperthyroidism) and regularly taking Inderal beta-blockers is not that Biltricide could give me major side effects ?

The use of beta-blockers and tachycardia has not been shown to be a contraindication to Praziquantel. If your doctor was familiar with your condition, he or she must have weighed the benefits of the treatment against the potential risks.
