Yomesan is dosed 4 tablets per day for adults and children from 30kg in weight. The tablets are chewable, they should not be swallowed whole. Otherwise, they may not dissolve completely and will be excreted, such as when you take a laxative like magnesium sulfate. Another tapeworm drug, praziqualel, has a different mechanism of action than yomesan.
