Does saline with grapefruit seed extract interact with hydrocortisone cream?

I use a saline nasal spray regularly. This spray also contains grapefruit seed extract. Yesterday I started using a skin cream with hydrocortisone for allergies. In this regard, I wanted to ask if there could be an interaction of hydrocortisone with grapefruit seeds, because I heard that grapefruit is not safe when used with steroids.

Topical application of nasal drops with saline and grapefruit seed extract and ad hoc application of hydrocortisone cream do not cause interactions.
