Is pulse 44 safe after taking Bibloc?

Since yesterday I have been taking bibloc 2.5 mg because of high blood pressure and pulse. My heart rate drops to 44-46 beats per minute. Consultation only the day after tomorrow. Is such a pulse dangerous? Discontinue the drug or reduce the dose?

A normal resting heart rate in adults is between 60 and 100 beats per minute. If your heart rate drops below 60 beats per minute, you should report it to your doctor to verify your current treatment.
Decreased heart rate has been reported very commonly during the use of Bibloc, especially during dose titration, so further intake of the drug and the dose to be used should be discussed with the specialist who prescribed the medicine.

If contact with a doctor is difficult, it is possible to use teleconsultations via Gdziepolki:
