Is it normal that with Canditon with the rest of the globule I have black dots coming out of my vagina?

Is it normal when using Canditon globules after 2 days of use with the rest of the globule in the morning is visible is darker "dots", it is not a light coloration where not where only quite a large amount. Does this mean a more serious infection?
